Hailey's nap didn't last the full 2 hours like normal and refused to close her pretty little eyes again. We snacked on loft house cookies, her favorite, and then played until we decided it was time to get out.
Here is her napping with Bella girl.
She went swimming in the bath tub to get all the layers of sunscreen off. We had to drain the bath and re-fill it because I had her so covered in 70 spf.
While she was in the bath, I dried my hair. Somehow, I managed to fry it twice.
After her bath, we headed to Mia's to take Bella home. Sweet Bella went potty on our floor more than once and well I was sick of mopping. Once we were finished there, I asked her what she would like to do to finish her "Hailey Grace's Day" evening. She said she wanted to go to Cristi's. haha. Off to Cristi's we went. Her boys are so sweet and good to Hailey and she just adores Cristi and all the popsicles she gives her. The kids chased each other until their legs wouldn't carry them anymore. Cristi fed Hailey pizza and off to Walmart we went.
Boy, Walmart was an adventure. Funny or NOT SO FUNNY story in my opinion. :)
We had to run to Walmart tonight close to Hailey's bedtime so she was already irritable and I was bribing her with everything I could think of just to run in for 15 minutes. We make it to the isle to grab our Tide and there was an ever so wonderful back of the woods family doing what looked to be their yearly shopping. The entire family, three shopping carts, no deodorant, white beaters on, etc. The little kid with the family says "Aww s^&t momma". Immediately Hailey turns to me and begins saying "Momma-hey momma, what's s%^t?" in her ever so loud little girl voice. My face drops and I try to explain to her why she can't say that while the whole isle is laughing at us. Hailey gets a kick out of the attention and begins to get louder asking it over and over making everyone laugh harder. I swat her hand, got her attention and let her know that I meant no and she was to stop saying that. She stopped, upset that she got in trouble and everyone was still laughing. I asked them nicely to stop and they tried. As we were walking off the isle she goes "Awww Momma, I s&*t- I s^&t pickles" and I swear she was on a megaphone because the entire area was laughing at something so cute and innocent. Yep, my entire body is red, my face is about to explode and tears are rolling down my face.
Yes, you can stop laughing now because I am not laughing. Maybe tomorrow or maybe when she is 18. I stopped by Mc Donald's for a burger and fries on the way home (I'm going to turn into a burger if I don't lay off ) and arrived at the gate to find Hailey asleep. WONDERFUL!
Now watching New Moon with hopes to see the new movie with Collins on Wednesday morning.. CAN.NOT.WAIT.
