Weather seems to follow us every where we move. Major flooding in New Braunfels (like the entire town) while living there, the "worst blizzards in years" while living in Colorado, big hail storms in Keller, the "worst weather people have seen in Oklahoma ever" while living in Tulsa and now "more rain than typical" in Texarkana. It's like a little bug as we like to call it that follows us all over. Kind of funny when you think about it but I sure wish we could get ahead of it. Hopefully by the time we move back to Tulsa, they will have all their weather issues worked out. Yeah right! They don't call it TORNADO ALLEY for nothing.
I am sitting here taking a break from emails and phone calls listening to the thunder and tornado watch on interupting Dr. Oz. The dogs were freaking out so they are all in their kennels and the actual tornado is close to Mt Pleasant so still 45 minutes away. Friends in Tulsa were in closets and "safe houses" last night for 2-3 hours with all the scary storms. I talked to Sarah last night and luckily they are all okay. I was super worried!
Well, hopefully I can get some good pictures of Hailey tonight. I am trying to order her birthday invitations by June 1 so they can be here by the end of the month. It's alway SO HARD getting people to rsvp to events, including family. Her party will be in Texarkana at "Hailey's Hut" from 11-1 on Saturday July 17th.
