Easter Weekend

We missed our planned Easter egg hunt this morning because my keys fell victim to a 20 month old. I worried so much that they were in the yard and never to be found. While cleaning tonight, I came across her doll stroller in the extra bedroom. It was full of dolls, a blanket and sippie cup but under it all was MY KEYS! Thank goodness! I also learned that Pop a lock is only $35! What a bargain!

My friend Cristi took us to her Church egg hunt this afternoon since we didn't make ours this morning. Hailey enjoyed her time with the other children. I know her shoes don't totally match as they are HOT PINK but it was the third pair of the day. Her dress ones are covered in dog poop, her white sandals in mud and this was our third option. Who thought little girls would be so messy. My dad told me I loved to play in the yard and make mud pies.

Besides that, today has been pretty nice. I cleaned house, even the base boards and had a lot of help from Hailey. Collins came out for a bit. We had lunch at "chicken chicken" or otherwise known as Chick Fil A. Hailey went to sleep at 7:30 so I've had a nice evening of putting up clothes and such. I am about to start a new book. I've read 7 books in the past month and about to start # 8. Go me!

It doesn't get any cuter that this. She was really excited about beef tips and rice. I threw in a little lima beans as I has nothing else green in the house! I just feel better when she has her greens.
