RAIN AGAIN?

The dark clouds have made their way into Texarkana and the wind is already blowing like crazy. We have a slight risk of severe weather this weekend. I believe it is just a repeat of last weekend except this weekend we have plans and things to do.
Chris made it to town around 7 last night after stopping in Sulphur Springs at the tiny Outlet Mall for flip flops. We were debating on cooking or if Hailey could make it through dinner and chanced dinner. WRONG DECISION. We didn't get there until 8 which is her normal bedtime and she was sleepy, cranky, throwing food, running around and just causing a scene. It's the age, I know. Someone told me not too long ago "well she is going to have to learn to sit in a high chair at some point" so I began taking her out again. I learned really fast that wasn't the issue. She sits in a high chair just fine and asks to be put in "her chair" and she LOVES the booster chairs. It's just the age. I see kids her age acting the same so I know we are the norm. It sucks though because sometimes it will just be nice to have a family dinner out. Mom said once she gets older, she'll be much better. So for now, it is going to be kid friendly places around town or having dinner on our back patio. We gave it a shot and she just isn't ready quite yet.
Hailey got to bed close to 10 and was up with the break of dawn. It doesn't matter what time that precious child goes to sleep, she is up around 7. Apparently, I was the same way. We rushed to get ready, brush our teeth and headed to school. Today was a cereal day so I knew she would eat her breakfast at school. I ran to the gym for the second time in two weeks (might be the first) and it about killed me. Wow, I was beat red. I do love the feeling, almost a high you have at the end of the run. I burned about 400 calories and 3.75 miles in 50 minutes. I done, haha, bored and ready to go. Now, I am off to shower and get Chris motivated for his errands today. I don't think we'll make Shreveport since it is almost 10 and he has a conference call at 4. Oh well, there is plenty of places around town.
Pray for no hail! I have hail dings, a cracked windshield (like all the way across) and a busted light under my car (you can't see) but I refuse to get it fixed until I stop being on the road so much and hail season is over. My luck, I would get it fixed and an 18 wheeler would throw another rock up on my window. Oh, I would be upset!
Have a good weekend. The storms are supposed to be pretty strong tomorrow during Kelli's wedding so it will be an adventure. I'm so excited for she and Mike!!! Then on Sunday, they are flying out of Texarkana and heading to Maui until the 9th. SOOOO NICE!!!
