BUGS BUGS BUGS

Photobucket

We have had our fair share of bugs this year. Well, not me personally but when your child has a bug, you have it too. I never fully understood that until I had her. When she is sick, I'm sick even if I am 100%.
As we drove home from Irving yesterday, she cried most of the way. We stopped in Royce City for Sonic and she wouldn't eat a bite. By Mount Pleasant, the dirty diapers were coming. I just thought she was throwing a fight. Poor baby had a belly ache. The last day of her antibiotics for a double ear infection and she has belly issues. Lovely! We made it home and spent the afternoon outside trying to keep her happy as a lark. By the time 5:30 rolled around, she was throwing up. After a couple outfits, her Dora blanket and some towels, I left her naked. Or in a diaper. It was easy for me to pull off the diaper and trash it but dang it, enough laundry already! I sent Chris a text letting him know that she was throwing up and he too had felt bad all day. Oh really? Was it a bug or something they ate? I gave Hailey some motrin and we went to see Mia and Auntie Collins. SHe just kind of hung out on the couch but perked up in the end. I got her to eat some turkey and she had a few bites of my lasagna. Then it hit me. I was up until 4 this morning sick. What the heck? We both woke up fine this morning besides her normal teething issues. Chris said he was throwing up through out the night. There is absolutely no telling what we picked up. All this traveling that we are having to do and all the people we come in contact with. The only meal we ate the same yesterday was sausage and biscuits. Hailey ate two pieces of sausage, I only had a bite and I think Chris ate two. I just don't think it really could be that but you never know. I hate belly issues! The stomach virus is still hitting Texas really hard and I feared it was coming around our house again. I didn't catch it in February but I did have a 48 hour one back right after Christmas. It was no fun. I will be picking up some Culturelle today. Not just for this but for Mexico too.
