Chris and I took Hailey to an early dinner at our local Mexican dive last night. She was hungry, we were starving and a margarita sounded perfect. She is typically asleep or we go places like Chk Fil A or leave her at home. Well... Chris got an eye full of what it can be like out and about with Miss Priss. She was squeeling, yelling, dancing on the table, talking to herself in the mirror and cheesing, laughing and then making herself laugh, dipping her chip in the hot sauce, jumping on the booth... Want me to go on? She refused her chicken, fries and ketchup but wanted to play in it. I had ketchup and sourcream all over me. Once our food arrived, she wanted to eat our pico (hot!)and tomatoes from our plate.
Needless to say, we are going to wait until she is asleep and carry her in her infant carrier, stay home or leave her with a sitter. It's sad because we REALLY enjoy these nights out at cheap places and don't always want to wait until 9pm to eat. Oh well, it'll save money (maybe!) and we can use it for a babysitter!!
