1 year already??

How can it be a year already? It seems just like yesterday we were eating Babe’s weekly for Whitney’s cravings. We were so excited that God had blessed us with such a wonderful treasure. A treasure that was worth waiting a lifetime for.
Hailey Grace is developing into a smart, funny and full of personality little girl. Her red hair is becoming thick and her eyes are pure blue. Tiny little freckles hang out under her eyes while her hair sticks up in the back. She loves to cuddle, ride in her Snugli (almost too heavy!), play with friends and go swimming. People stop us everywhere we go and talk to Hailey Grace. She is usually cheerful and rolling her dough (patty cake) for those to see.
She weighs 21.4 pounds and it 30 inches tall. We’re still having a tough time switching her to whole milk but hopefully it will happen soon. She started taking a NUK bottle along with her sippie cup and cup with a straw.
Her likes:
Baby dolls. She calls them her babA with the strong A. They are all baby, no name. Stuffed animals are also baby.
Dogs and dog food. She would play with the boys all day and probably live on their food if we would let her.
She is all about kissing. Becareful because she will plant one on you when you least expect it. They are powerful and aggressive! 
Still only takes the paci when sleeping, in the carseat and Mass. Okay well it’s carried everywhere with us in the diaper bag incase we need it but those are the only times she really wants it.
She LOVES patty cake patty cake and will “roll her dough” and “toss it in the pan” for hours. If you’re happy and you know it is another favorite. She also loves listening to Marvin Gaye Ain’t no Mountain high enough when upset in the car. Why that song? No idea but she laughs and sings the entire time.
She says Momma, Dadda, baby, doggie, kitty but it’s more like kkkkkkeeety, ball, no
She isn’t walking freely. She will walk from item to item but will crawl if it is any distance. The issue isn’t being pushed or being encouraged to walk, she will when she feels confident. She is scared when she stands alone and we aren’t sure why. Maybe a fall?
BARNEY…need I say more?
Favorite foods:
Avocados mashed or guacamole
Rice (white, brown or yellow)
Gerber Mac n Cheese or Kraft..seriously she won’t eat others!
Pasta with a little butter and cheese, ravioli
Turkey lunch meat (lunch most days)
Chicken (dinner often), sliced roast
Peas, carrots, diced potatoes, butternut squash, sweet potatoes
Pancakes, rice crispies, raisins
Bananas, red grapes (not green for some reason), limes
Gerber Chicken sticks (gross I know!)
Cheese, sliced or shredded and is eaten daily
Gerber Cheetos, popsicles
