We tried to go to bed early but were too excited about swimming at Holly's on Thursday. We were up and ready by 9 and eager to play with our girls and boy. :) The kids are all growing so much and have so much fun together. I really hate that we don't see them more. After swimming we showed the house and ran errands for Lynn's Birthday on Friday and a stop by Kristen's house to play. We went to Nothing Bundt Cakes in Southlake (if you haven't been, GO!), Card and Party Factory, Walmart and I think that is about it. We were gone nearly 12 hours!! Hailey slept for 3 hours in and out of the car which never happens.
Friday was Lynn's birthday so we met at Maggiano's at North Park and then shopped a little. The Mall is so nice after being finished and lunch was great. That evening we dined on the patio at Cozumel's and went to the Founder's Park at the airport. That is really neat if you haven't ever been. I love watching planes so it was nice to see it all. Jim taught me about the different runways and how they take off. When we got back to the house, Mark and Amanda arrived. We were SO excited to see them! Mark is so great and loves Hailey dearly. He is so good about calling and checking on her, it's so sweet!
Saturday we were out the door before everyone woke for a few errands and then met Poppy (my dad) and Uncle Ryan at Cheese Cake Factory. It was wonderful as always! The afternoon was spent running to different stores, in and out of Ryan's condo and finally ended up at Bucca's. I LOVE LOVE LOVE good Italian food with good service. Saturday evening, we played at the Bell's and stayed up late! I forgot to give my dad his Father's Day pictures so we met him on Sunday morning. Chris was VERY eager for us to get back so Sunday was a RUSH. RUSH is maybe an understatement. We ran and ran and ran until we got done with dinner here in Tulsa at 11pm. Lynn cooked a nice lunch but we had to dart out before they set down. Chris was hoping we were close but hasn't even been by our house in Keller or storage. Wow, storage on a hot summer day isn't a good idea. I looked like a little monkey climbing on all the pieces in there to reach what I wanted. I have a picture of Hailey I will post later (it's on my cell).
Lets see what else....Hailey took her first trip to Hooters for Father's Day. She enjoyed it but started getting cranky because it was nearly 11 when we left. That is just entirely too late! She is cranky the next day if she doesn't get enough sleep.
We went and played today at Tiffanie's house and had a blast. I brought my camera but forgot to take pictures. Her boys are so precious and all boys.
Hailey swam a little once we arrived home and then napped for nearly 2 hours.
I'll write more later...she is up and helping me type!
