Hailey Grace and I headed to New Braunfels last Monday (2nd) to see Cristin, Joey and baby Tyler. They are all doing great and Tyler is simply adorable. He's a hungry little baby but that will ease up with time. We had great fun and found a little time to play. Hailey and I spent the afternoon in Gruene on Wednesday and Chris met us there. He couldn't pass up seeing the Boatrights and a little Mamacita's. After returning home, we have been busy! My next post I'll tell you all the details as to why we have been busy.
We returned hom on Thursday afternoon, played in Irving and had a nice dinner. Friday, Hailey and I met Kristen and Kensley and Holly and Maddox for a day of Consignment shopping and lunch. I have to say, mcKinley's in FW is GREAT! All those sweets!! YUM! After a fun day of playing we rushed to change and make Church in Denton. Hailey let her presence be known during the very busy evening prayer. It was for RCIA stuff and the entire Church was full. Everything was spoken in English and then again in Spanish. The Church in Denton was located next to Catfish King so my redneck side demanded a late dinner of a Cajun Catch! YUM! Chris and I were STUFFED! I cleaned all my plates (imagine that). We ran by to see Scott and Grace on the way home and enjoyed ourselves very much! It was such a nice evening.
Saturday was a LAZY morning. Seriously, I think it was noon before Hailey woke up and we crawled out of bed. TLC had been calling my name for a while so I learned to decorate a little. :) Later we met XC and Jason, XC's parents, Jason, Kristen, Debbie, Larry, Jim and Lynn at Amore in Colleyville. What a cute and fun place. I had the Chicken Aristocrat. FANTASTIC! I cleaned my plate once again. It's BYOB..even better!
