We miss daddy!!

Chris has only been gone since Wednesday and boy do we miss him!! He has been with us just about everyday for 5 months and it is a huge change. Hailey was looking around the first few days as if she was looking for him. Each time the door would open, she would turn around expecting him to walk through. He still has until the 23 before he gets to come visit us. We're SO EXCITED for daddy to be here!! Hailey and I plan on visiting him for a few days during his next 12 days of training.

Things have been fast paced this weekend for us. I sold some of Hailey's stuff that we wouldn't use for the next child (don't worry, we kept all the nice stuff!) and in return we bought her new clothes. Grandpa Hawley also took her to Old Navy today and got her some really cute items. She is going to be oh so cute in her sun dresses once it warms up.

Friday night Hailey and I went to Irving and stayed the night. Gran mommy and Grandaddy took us to RockFish for dinner and that was fantastic! We slept in the next morning and then had breakfast with Grandaddy. Our day started shortly after that and stayed busy until nearly 830pm. We're were both exhausted but miss Hailey doesn't like to sleep early!

We had something for RCIA this morning at 9 and Jim and Lynn (grandaddy and gran mommy) were so nice to come all the way to Keller for Mass. It was great having someone there with us! After Mass we headed to Joe's Coffee house for a great breakfast. You know that coffee and syrup smell that you love so much.. yum, that is what Joe's smelled like today. And oh their pies! I will return for a piece soon. Chris will really enjoy that place.
Grandpa Hawley and Uncle Ryan are here right now. Like I said earlier, Grandpa Hawley took Hailey to Old Navy and got her a few cute outfits. We then went to Mi Cocina for dinner, all three of us got the same thing! It was funny but we know what's good!
Hailey's gums are hurting and I just wish something would poke through. All those white specks under there, up every hour, loose stools, her biting everything and crying out in pain just breaks my heart. I've tried the teething tablets, oragel, teething rings and.. hum I think that is it. I don't like giving her medicine unless she really needs it so I've been waiting for the Tylenol and Motrin.
Well, that is our weekend in short form. Hailey is asleep and I'm hoping to a few things done and be in bed by midnight. Sweet Dreams!
Oh and Hailey is saying Dada more and more. It makes me sad that Chris isn't here to hear it!
