Sick Daddy!

Thankfully Chris is feeling better but he was sick ALL night and day! He didn't feel right yesterday and thought it might be a head cold coming on. He sounded bad so I talked him into the extra bedroom (first time ever!). I'm thankful I did as he was up sick all night. He rested all day and Hailey Grace and I made him a plain baked potato, crackers with cheese and sliced turkey on the side and a plate of Cheerio chex mix. We also ran to Walmart for some NyQuil and Popsicles. Keep him in your prayers that he will be well in the morning. It's a busy time and critical time for us so we want him WELL.
Hailey and I wanted out of the house and away from all the germs (if that is possible). We messed around Keller and then went and walked Grapevine Mills. The weather was gloomy and windy today so indoors was a great idea.
Tonight for dinner, Hailey tried green peas. I bought the Beech Nut jar to make sure she enjoyed them. She LOVED them! I'm a freak and I taste everything she eats and they were terrible, just TERRIBLE. She ate the entire jar!! I forgot to feed her lunch (she got breast milk just not baby food) so I am guessing she was starving!
Well, Hailey is growing strong and so funny. If you haven't seen her in a while please come visit us. She is into making faces and loves to cheese at the camera. We're almost crawling but will "army crawl" or roll all over the place. She loves to play with her friends. She loves Baby Einstein. She loves dogs. She loves to give sloppy open mouth kisses. She is a mommas girl like you wouldn't believe. It's funny at times. She likes to listen to music in daddy's office really loud. She beats on his desk. She thinks she wants what you are eating, always. She likes to type on her keyboard. We're guessing she'll be a whiz at the computer. In the mornings, she is the sweetest she is all day. She likes to lay on my pillow and watch tv. She will cuddle with you and grin from ear to ear. She likes her bows (yes, she does). She likes to wear her shades...She doesn't mess with them either!
