Looking up!

Things are starting to fall in place and interviews are going GREAT! Chris, Hailey and I had a fantastic time visiting with Uncle Mark and Amanda in College Station. They had a big day on Monday so we went to Mass and then Fish Daddy's for a great dinner before they were off to study. It was a short trip but we will be back soon!

Hailey is still in rare form. It has been going on since Sunday morning. She is cranky, doesn't want me to put her down, not smiling a whole lot, irritable, cranky, yelling just to yell, whiney, etc. She is FINALLY down and I'm scared to move and wake her. She isn't running fever, her teeth haven't poked through (you can see them under her gum), she nose is running a lot but clear. She isn't wanting soild food and I've tried everything. She isn't big on fruits so I tried all veggies tonight and chicken mixed with green beans, a little rice, chopped veggies, a popcicle..hum crumbled corn bread.. I think that was it! She just wanted to paint! Oh and I put a scoop of yoplait on her tray to paint with. Like I said, I tried anything and everything. Hopefully this little cranky attitude will pass soon. Mia is coming tomorrow so Hailey and Mia can spend LOTS of time together! :)

Happy Fat Tuesday. I drank a beer and had a sip of wine to celebrate but already in bed wishing I were alseep. Tomorrow is Ash Wednesday, remember to attend Mass. What are you giving up for lent? We haven't decided. I am thinking Fast food but I'm such a french fry junkie that I would be dying..Would I be able to eat fried fish if it didn't come from a fast food place?
