Well we had our second to last doctor's appointment with our regular OB this morning and got a pretty good report. The next one isn't scheduled at his office until the 25th so this one might actually be our last. Hailey didn't react much on the NST so off for another biophysical profile ultrasound. She had the hiccups during the NST so it was just easier seeing her on the monitor.
The BPP showed that she is good size (6-7lbs) and in position for delivery. The Specialist on Monday found plenty of fluid and said it had actually gone up at centimeter. This was not the case today. Dr. Gagnon and Virginia (Tech) had trouble finding 7-8 centimeters of fluid and they were searching hard. Anything below 5 is dangerous and the baby will be delivered. It's funny how different the computers and measurements can be. Dr. Gagnon and Virginia always take their time while at Baylor, it's always rushed.
Dr. Gagnon was leaving to catch a flight to go hunting through the weekend so he is making us stay on the ProCardia through Sunday. Today was supposed to be our last day but Chris has a busy weekend as well with work so we're fine with remaining on it. It would be our luck to go into labor again with so much going on. Dr. Gagnon doesn't want anyone else delivering Hailey due to me being on Lovenox.
We hope everyone has a good rest of the week and weekend. We'll update on Monday after our appointment at Baylor. Our C Section is still scheduled for the 29th!!
