It was requested by Grandmas (Great Gma and Gma) to have pictures of Hailey Grace in a sailor outfit. I tried my hardest but she wasn't having it and we weren't really liking her in the silly outfit! We will try again soon but swap the hat for a big white bow. I'm sure that will fix the unhappy face.
